Computes the inverse of the cumulative distribution function of a Chi squared distribution at probability p, where the Chi squared distribution is defined by the given degrees of freedom. In other words, it finds t such that P(X ≤ t) = p, where X is a Chi squared random variable. Probability p must be a value in the closed interval [0,1].
