ZProportionEstimate Command

ZProportionEstimate ( <Sample Proportion >, <Sample Size >, <Level> ): Calculates a Z confidence interval estimate of a population proportion using the given sample statistics and confidence level. Results are returned in list form as \{lower confidence limit, upper confidence limit}.
