Rotate 3D Graphics View Tool

Activate the tool, then drag the Perspectives algebra 3Dgraphics.svg 3D Graphics View while keeping any mouse button pressed.

Regardless of the currently selected tool, the 3D Graphics View can be rotated by dragging it while keeping the right mouse button pressed.
