Translate by Vector Tool

Activate the tool, then:

Select the object to be translated, then select the translation vector or click/tap in two different positions of the Graphics View to create the translation vector and generate the translated object

or

Drag an object to generate a clone of it.

In 3D Graphics View, the translation vector can only be created using already defined points.
