SampleSDY( <点のリスト> ): 与えられた点のリストから，y 座標のhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ja:%E6%A8%99%E6%BA%96%E5%81%8F%E5%B7%AE#.E6.A8.99.E6.9C.AC.E3.81.AE.E6.A8.99.E6.BA.96.E5.81.8F.E5.B7.AE[標本標準偏差] を返す．

SampleSDY({(2, 3), (1, 5), (3, 6), (4, 2), (1, 1), (2, 5)}) 出力： a = 1.97.
